German online training taster lesson with ZOOM | FREE

Fellow learners of German! If you are not yet very experienced with online learning via skype or ZOOM, join a free taster lesson offered by Alexandra, program director of language institute TREFFPUNKT-ONLINE, on 28, 29 or 30 April. The session will last 60 minutes and the topic is the three German articles: der, die, das, wie weiß man das? Drop in and learn with us online whatever your language level. The taster session is subdivided in 3 parts:
  • 10 minutes -  How does zoom work as a class room? Which interactive features can we use? How do we share our screen? How do we write together on one board? How do we study together in one room or spli into separate rooms (breakout rooms)? How can we ask questions? ...
  • 40 minutes - Lesson: The three German articles: der, die, das - wie weiß man das?
  • 10 minutes - SPECIAL: Presentation on the German courses at TREFFPUNKT-ONLINE and the project 'DenkMAL': "Let's find out and chat about art in German and have some fun! 
Alexandra will speak slowly in German throughout the lesson. On request, parts will be summarized in English. "The three articles in German" is a topic that can be learnt or repeated at all levels of German. You will find a personal invitation to this taster lesson on YouTube:

How can you join the free taster lesson?

First step: Ensure that you have downloaded the Zoom app https://www.zoom.us/download before you participate in the session. Second step: Click on the link "Join the Zoom-Meeting" a few minutes before the session starts. You will find the appropriate link below the data of your choice. If you need help, please see this video or contact us. Please be aware that the times for the sessions are for the time zone GMT/UTC +2:00 (summer time in Germany).
